From our family kitchen to yours

We're a family-owned business of passionate bakers from upstate New York. We got tired of sacrificing the first brownie — mangled by a knife, and wrestled out with a spatula. So we designed something better.

Every Z-Scoop is formed in Rochester, NY from a heavy gauge single piece of food-grade 304 stainless steel. No seams. No handles to loosen. Nothing to wear out.

What's the difference between Regular and XL?
The Regular is sized for standard dessert pans — brownies, cakes, and bars. The XL has a wider, deeper profile for casseroles, lasagna, and deep baking dishes. Most kitchens end up wanting both, which is why the bundle saves you money.
Is it really dishwasher safe?
Yes. Z-Scoop is a single piece of 304 stainless steel — no coatings, no joints, no wood or plastic. Top rack, bottom rack, every day.
Will it scratch my pans?
The edges are machine-deburred smooth. Use reasonable care with delicate nonstick coatings — as you would with any metal utensil — and it glides in glass, ceramic, and metal bakeware.
